What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment gives us an opportunity to get to know you, learn about your dental history, and understand your goals for your smile. Depending on your individual needs, your visit may include a comprehensive dental exam, digital X-rays, an evaluation of your teeth and gums, and a professional cleaning.
We’ll discuss any findings with you and answer your questions before recommending treatment. If additional care is needed, our team will explain your options so you can make informed decisions about your oral health.
To help your first visit go as smoothly as possible, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your current dental insurance card, if applicable
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Information about your medical and dental history
- Any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with our team
Arriving a few minutes early can also give you time to complete any necessary paperwork before your appointment.

We believe finances should not stand in the way of maintaining a healthy smile. In addition to dental insurance, Everest Dental offers several options to help make the cost of care easier to manage.
Patients without dental insurance can take advantage of our Everest VIP Plan, which offers an affordable way to access preventive care and savings on treatment, with no deductibles or waiting periods.
We also work with Cherry, CareCredit® and Sunbit® to provide third-party financing options for qualified patients. Our team can help you learn more about the payment options available and find an approach that works for your budget.

Everest Dental is in-network with more than 20 dental insurance companies, making it easier to get the most from your available benefits. We accept many other PPOs, so please call to check if we are in-network if you don't see if yours listed. Our team can help you understand your coverage, estimate your out-of-pocket costs, and answer questions about how your insurance may apply to recommended treatment. Please bring your current insurance card to your appointment so we can verify your information and file claims on your behalf.
