"Visiting from out of town and had a toothache. Got a same day emergency appointment. I was very impressed with the kindness and compassion and professionalism displayed by everyone from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. It took me an hour to get there from my location but it was well worth the trip and will definitely return if I am ever in need of dental care when I visit again."

"Dr. Gayed and his staff were wonderful! It had been 10+ years since I'd been to the dentist and, frankly, I was terrified. Everyone was so nice and friendly and more than willing to take the time to explain every detail of the questions that I asked. They always made sure to tell me well in advance how much things would cost with my insurance, which ensured I didn't get sticker shock. Not only did Everest Dental fix teeth but also my fear of the dentist. Edit: I've been going to Everest for 7 years now and have referred several friends and family because of how much I appreciate the work they do here. Not only is Dr. Gayed the best dentist I've ever had, his staff are amazing. His dental hygienist Ray is friendly, through, and always makes sure I'm both comfortable and laughing all the way through my cleanings. "All I have to say is if i could rate higher than 5 stars i would give the office and staff wayyyy higher. I just came from my first visit at the office after searching for 3 years since my Miami move to Orlando, for a dental office in orlando area. I even was getting my cleanings from My miami office bc i could not find one that was true to the Dental profession and trustworthy. Dr. Gaye's office from front dest to the personnel as you get walked to your room and the pano machine are just extremely professional, genuinely pleasant and above and beyond excellent in with their patient care. Melissa was so thorough and explained everything clearly to my 4 yr old boy, where he felt literally right at home, And first thing out of his mouth when we got in the car was, "Mommy I love the Dentist." My exam went just as well and Dr. Gaye's chair side manner could not be more soothing to where whom ever has ever had a fear of the Dentist... This is whom you want as your dentist!! The exam and my treatment plan explained in detail, no "sales pitches at this office." I have made follow up appts. for my mother in law and am willing to pay out of pocket bc her provider does not cover Dr. Gaye. Due to the experience and honest nature that Everest Dental is. Thank You Everest Dental To sticking to your morals and not giving in to the "cooperate / franchise / dental chain" most Dental practices have become."

"Earlier this year my fiance broke a crown. She did not have a regular dentist because quite frankly, she's scared stiff of them. In reaching out for some help we called a number of dentists to see who might be able to help her ease her discomfort until she could be seen. The staff is awesome, they all are like a family, they take their time to help you and explained all the treatments for a better understanding. I start my treatment in december and now I am finally over. The first day I was so scare and they did everything on their power to make feel good on every appointment after that. Melissa and Lorena where extremelly helpful in every appointment. Lorena speaks spanish, so she help me a lot when I was unable to understand any part of the treatment. "I just moved to Oviedo this past summer and found Everest Dental online. They had the best and most consistent reviews, so I made an appointment. The entire staff was extremely friendly and did an excellent cleaning. I had to make another appointment to get a cavity filled and was very nervous after having a terrible experience with novicane as a child. But once I told the staff they were extra careful, checking in with me every step of the way and telling me everything that was happening throughout the process. "After calling around and looking for a dentist office in the east Orlando area I came across Everest Dental. Unlike any other dentist they were able to set me up with an exam and cleaning within the same week! Me and my girlfriend arrived at 9 am, a bit earlier than our scheduled 9:30 appointment becuase she had work at 11. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and helped us get checked in quickly. The entire staff was friendly and seemed happy to be at their workplace. I let them know my girlfriend was in a hurry and they had no problem accommodating us and made our visit quick, easy and very helpful. I would suggest this office to everyone and anyone. Being that I only have insurance and my girlfriend doesn't, they made it clear on prices and plans and have great rates as well! The doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions, concerns and I will definitely have Everest Dental as my primary dentist as anyone should! They are great!"

I was very pleased with how fast I was given an appointment for my daughter and at 8 a.m. so she wouldn't miss any of her classes. "My wife and I had been going to this dentist’s office for several years (prior to Dr. Gayed and his team taking over the business location – now called Everest Dental). Prior to Dr. Gayed taking over the business (previously called Classic Dental), we weren’t billed for anything as we have two dental coverages; whatever one coverage doesn’t cover (primary), the other coverage would pick up the remaining balance (secondary). Come to find out that when Dr. Gayed took over the business location, practice, and clientele, he didn’t or wouldn’t except certain coverages that his previous patients had. Consequently for us, we were never informed of this change and we never received a letter from the office stating that this type of change had occurred. So for the last few years since he’s been in operation at this facility, we were never notified of this change until recently when we were back billed for all the items that weren’t covered by the primary insurance. Needless to say, we were lead to believe that nothing had changed when he took over the practice and excepted him as our new dentist. The dental technicians are nice, friendly, and do a fairly good job overall. As far as the physician himself, I do question some of his observations as he did notice some things that the previous physician that owned the place did not. Whether or not they were legitimate issues (cavities), is the bigger question as I never ventured out for a second opinion. The only reason I’m giving them three stars is because they did adjust the bill and decreased the total amount owed (we still owe a balance, but it’s not as large as it was). Conversely, I still have a hard time with the way this office transitioned over to the new owner/physician and how the professional side of the business is being conducted."

"After my childhood dentist stopped accepting my insurance a few years ago, I had bounced around from dentist to dentist in the area. I hadn't found one that made me feel like they were giving me the time and attention that my teeth needed. I finally found Everest, and I have to say, I've found my new dentist! The office staff is super helpful and nice, and the hygienists are very attentive and really know what they're doing. My temporary crown fit great, and they managed to squeeze me in before a big trip out of town to make sure that my recent root canal wasn't going to bother me on my vacation. I've returned again to get my permanent crown and cleaning, and they were just as fantastic as my first trip. I've always had difficult and problematic teeth, and Everest Dental is really taking care of the ongoing issues I've had, and even found a way to lower the cost of my treatment and break it into two payments, which was very helpful.
